Gestamp, a multinational specialized in the design, development, and manufacture of highly engineered metal components for the automotive industry, has become the first company to be certified by AENOR in Innovation Management Systems, according to the ISO 56001:2024 standard.
During the ceremony, Ignacio Martín, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at Gestamp, received the certification from Nicolás Henríquez, AENOR's Business Development Director, at AENOR’s facilities in Madrid.
At the event, Ignacio Martín emphasized that: “innovation is not an option; it is our only way to achieve excellence, to ensure our evolution, to be one step ahead, and to take advantage of all the opportunities that come our way.
